Obituary

Peggy Elaine Crowe, 62, of Guernsey, passed away Thursday, June 3, 2021 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident near Mitchell.

Peggy was born on June 9, 1958, in Bakersfield, CA to W.C. “Joe” Johnson and Margie Whorton. She moved to Oklahoma at an early age where she received her education. Peggy had many talents and jobs working as a waitress, cashier, bartender and long-haul truck driver. She moved to Wyoming eight years ago where she resided until her death.

Peggy enjoyed reading, fishing, hunting, dancing, garage sales and was a cancer survivor.

She is survived by her daughters, Jamie Crouch and fiancé Marlin Davis of Guernsey, Shelia Covington of Oklahoma; six grandchildren, Tyler Eaton, Jonathan (Summer) Eaton, Destiny Covington, Houston Covington, Cheyenne Courtwright, Zoey Courtwright; great-granddaughter, Raina Eaton; brothers, James Babb and Jeff Russ and her sisters, Janice Cullum and Jewel Golden.

She was preceded in death by her parents; an infant brother, Bobby Dale; and boyfriend, Jimmie Burnitt who passed away in the accident with Peggy.

Cremation was held and family services will be held. An online guest book and condolences may be left at www.bridgmanfuneralhome.com.
