Bob and I were very sad to hear of Norma's passing. She was part of the Biditbob family for a long time along with Dwight. We shared many memories as co workers but also as friends. She was devoted to Tom and Ross and shared her laughter, tears and love of her family often. I remember how she treasured her trip to see Macy's parade with her sons. She was just a special lady and I know she will be missed. God bless you Norma.
