Edgar Marvin Cleays (Eddie) 84 of Scottsbluff, NE was reunited with the love of his life, Dorothy, in heaven January 13th at Regional West. Eddie was born to Ernest and Opal Cleays November 24, 1936. Eddie married the love of his life, Dorothy Sterkel on March 29th, 1955, and from this union four children were born Marvin, Sindy, Randy and Linda.
Eddie was family oriented and spent much time doing activities with his children & grandchildren. Eddie had a passion for fishing and for hunting coyotes and deer. Horses were his life, especially his beloved horse, Captain. He spent countless hours watching western movies. He also enjoyed accompanying Dorothy to garage sales. He was a Street Outlaws and drag racing enthusiast and had the opportunity to watch them locally. Eddie loved attending service at the Chuckwagon church with his son Randy. Eddie will be greatly missed and was a stranger to no one.
Eddie, by trade, hauled hay with his sons. He was also locally known for selling Colorado peaches, fresh potatoes, and onions around the Scottsbluff area.
