Obituary

Debra Herman Godboldt, 66, passed away suddenly Monday, January 25, 2021, at Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff. Cremation has taken place and her memorial service will be held 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 29, 2021, at Calvary Memorial Church in Gering with Pastor Gary Hashley officiating. Online condolences may be made by visiting Debra’s memorial page at www.bridgmanfuneralhome.com.

Debbie was born October 3, 1954, in Denver, Colorado. She graduated from the Scottsbluff High School. She lived in Denver for several years and had moved back to Scottsbluff several years ago.

She spent a lot of time putting recipes online and was always trying new recipes. She loved to cook. Debbie always had family dinners for special occasions and holidays. She was always going to garage sales and auctions.

Her family meant everything to her. If anyone needed anything, she was the person to call, especially for a babysitter. The children in the family always had a special place in her heart.

Survivors include her life partner, Bob Mowry; sons, Shane (Gina) Rajewich and Dennis Godboldt; grandson, Val Rajewich; mother, Tina Herman; sisters Melody Wiggs of Omaha and Cindy (Angel) Herman of Denver; brother, Troy (Denise) of Gering; special niece, McKenna Sullivan of Omaha; and special cousin, Ed Townsdin and family of Gering.

She was preceded in death by her father, Tellford Herman; and special aunt, Leta Bauer.
